Chef Jason Kohl brings nearly two decades of culinary expertise to The Americano, with experience at some of the industry's most respected culinary destinations, including Walt Disney World’s Victoria & Albert’s and California Grill, Ritz-Carlton properties in Boston and Orlando, and the acclaimed Maritana at The Don Cesar. As Chef de Cuisine, he leads with a commitment to excellence, blending refined technique, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful hospitality to create exceptional dining experiences.
